Warranty Claim

Here are the steps you need to take for a warranty claim

  • Send some proof (video and photos of the bad light), if it is deinstalled, take picture of the silk label to show the model # to confirm it is our light. 
  • Send PI # or PO # the bad light belongs to
  • Describe the problem in details(e.g. go out completely or blinking ), its working conditions (ambient temperature,  input voltage, two phase or three phase )
  • Our engineer would examine the issue and offer a resolution in 1-2 business days.
  • After confirm it is our product quality, we will send a part/component or new light replacement accordingly.
