Shipping policy:
Your order can be shipped out in 1-2 business days after payment is received, same day or 1 day shipping for small order and 2 days for pallet order.
We use UPS ground service freely in default, delivery time between 1-5 business days, depending on the distance from our USA warehouse.
We offer expedited express service as well, 2-day delivery time and overnight delivery service, if you need, you can select that premium service in the cart page and additional charge would be added into the subtotal.
For large order that can be packed in one full pallet, we would use carriers’ LTL service, it is better to offer a commercial address with a dock, then the freight would be cost less, otherwise, a liftgate truck would be required, and 200USD more would be charged.
Generally, we would send you the tracking # or PRO # via order notification email, so you can track the goods by yourself. If tracking update is available, we will inform you the estimated time of arrival(ETA) as well, then you have an idea when the goods arrives and sign the packages.
For any loss or damaged goods during transportation, please sign “damaged” in the BOL document and reach us timely, then we can claim compensation to the carrier and send you a replacement quickly.
Some customer might want to cancel an order after payment is made because he says he ordered the wrong item and need an exchange or he just does not need the product, this can be cancelled easily if the products are not shipped out yet.
Otherwise, we cannot cancel it until the goods reach to the destination, you will have to pay the two-way freight, plus 15% restocking fee, hope you understand.
