We are an online lighting store offering indoor and outdoor lighting fixtures with safety and energy saving insurance, compliant with ETL, UL, DLC, Energ Star standards for North American customers, especially those electricians, electrical contractors or electrical distributors, who are so strict with the quality.
We run five warehouses across the United States and Canada, each month, we have 4-5 containers departed from China and heading to USA & Canada ports in order to supplement the items that have low stock level.
We hate to face the situation that when customer has order to place, we have no stock, and clients have to take time and find the source elsewhere, sometimes, need to change the model, even style and convince their customer to accept a different one.
Honestly to say, it is not always that lucky that your customer would buy a different one, and you would feel a little upset if your customer leave you and purchase from other vendor, because you might have put much time and effort into the lead and end up with loss of the order on the final step that is pity.
Regarding the warehouse operation, it belongs to the third-party, we outsource the shipping work to the professional logistical company, we think they are better at the job than us, and they handle the inbound and outbound shipments faster, we wish we can improve our after-sales service, and customer can get the goods quicker than expected.

We conduct LED knowledge training to our sales representatives regularly, especially for those who join our company newly, we teach these green-hands definition of CCT, CRI, IP grade, lumens output, PF, beam angle, illumination intensity measured by foot candle or lux etc.

As mentioned earlier, we operate several warehouses in the United States and Canada for fast delivery service to customer, if our customer is close to our warehouse, and that item you need is fortunately in stock in that inventory, you might get the goods super fast.
However, we cannot guarantee that all items are stocked evenly in every warehouse, because not every warehouse sale is equal, we will ship from other closer warehouse if the nearest one is out of stock.

History
We started our business in 2018, by that time, LED has become a trending light source due to its higher efficacy and longevity than traditional metal halide, high pressure sodium, mercury vapor and fluorescent lamps, but it is still quite expensive in the North American market.
In order to reduce the carbon emission and promote more energy saving light source, the state government launched many rebate program for commercial spaces to stimulate property owners to convert to DLC qualified LED, that means, more and more people can afford it and shift to this green energy.
Based on that, we thought it is our time to step in the LED lighting industry and we start to sell mainly LED parking lot lights because we know there are so many car parking lots in the United States and Canada and that market is imaginable.
The parking lot light sell quite hot and prove to be a success, we then introduce other LED fixtures like LED high bay, LED wall pack, LED flood light, LED post top light as our main product category as our repeated customers come back to us and asked for those fixtures.
Later on, more and more companies especially cross-border e-commerce traders and Amazon sellers flooded into the LED lighting industry.
In order to gain more profit, these platform sellers would sacrifice the quality using inferior chips and uncertified driver, because these marketplace usually collect 10%-15% transaction fee on all order, if they want to compete with us on cost, they need to make their purchase cost low.
Some of our customers once went to embrace the Amazon, but after several trials, they told us that even though the light appearance is almost the same, quality varies too much, they learned a lot and come to shop with us again.
Therefore, we realize that our principle is correct, we need to offer top-quality product, not junk product, that can carry our brand growing.
