Chiuer LED pole light heads is mounted on 30ft-50ft high light post for wide street lighting, which is good 400w-1000w metal halide LED equivalent.

• 300W LED = 800W-1000W MH HPS equal

Q1: Which bracket I should use for my square pole ? 

For square light pole, you can select B2 & D2 bracket, both are OK, side mount on flat surface. However, as you can see, if the joint area is very small, it is better to use B2 bracket.

Q2: Is your LED pole light DLC listed ? What’s your LED shoebox light DLC model number, I cannot find the listing when I use your part number to search it. 

Yes, our LED shoebox pole light is DLC premium certified 100%, please email to our sales@chiuer.com for the DLC model number if you need to apply for custom rebate before purchase. For standard rebate application, customer can apply for rebate after purchase and installation.

Q3: My tennis court light pole is round shape, diameter is larger than 2-3/8 inch, about 3″, can I use your pole light fixtures ? 

Yes, you just need a 3″ or 4″ round light pole tenon reducer in our store and problem is resolved

Q4: When you can ship out the LED shoebox fixtures to me after I place order ? 

Your order will be processed within 24 hours, tracking number can be given for your own trace or we will keep you informed of the arrival time.

Q5: What is your return policy ?

If it is our LED shoe box light defectiveness, we accept your return surely, and we will burden two-ways shipping cost(shipping the bad one to our USA warehouse and shipping another new one to your address).
