Yes, if you have tax emempt document, please send it us, we will remove the collected tax when you checkout.

Even after you placed the order and tax is paid, you still can email to us, so we can refund it to your card.

Yes, if you want to place order offline, we can accept bank transfer, contact our sales for USA bank-  JP Morgan Chase Bank account information. 

For large order, it is better to pay by wire transfer, as our free shipping price in the lighting store contains 4.5% PayPal handling fee, you can get a lower unit price if you choose to pay by bank transfer. 

We take Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express card for making payment, you can see that in the checkout page. 

If it is our product design defect or quality problem after your installation within 1-2 months, we would send you a free replacement at our own cost, you didn’t need to pay freight at all. 

However, if the light is unproperly used beyond its voltage range or working temperature or not work under other required conditions, then it is not our responsibility, and you need to pay if you need a replacement. 

Yes, we do many drop shipping service to our own customers, in order to protect your customer from buying goods from our sales directly, we will never bear any company information(logo, website etc) in the shipment and package.

Thus, your customer cannot find us, they would keep buying from you, we think it is better to focus on some certain important customers that bring us regular business, it is beyond our ability and we would be overwhelmed since we have limited time and energy to serve all B2C customer. 

Unfortunately no, we don’t allow customer to drive to our warehouse for local pickup or have a visit before placing order.

Our reasons are as follow:

Our warehouse belongs to the logistic company, it is not run by us, besides, there are many products in their warehouse not just our merchandise, they didn’t know which one is parking lot light or high bay light, so they cannot serve you at all, their job is just to scan the bar code we marked on the box and ship the right goods out.

For those customers that want to pick up, we believe it is a matter of price concern, here is our handle:

We can list a pickup price and a freight separately in an invoice, we can guarantee that the freight is the most economical to your address since you are living close, then you can save. 

If you order quantity can load in a full pallet, that would save money as well.
